A nursing major, Jocelyn is the girl to call when you have an injury or just want someone to lift your spirits. From Gainesville, Virginia, this second year will give you chills with her voice! While she might not know it yet, she brings something special to CHoosE and we can't wait to show her off!

Fun fact: Jocelyn has pet a koala in Australia (contrary to popular belief, they are indeed super soft and sweet).

A third year from Montross, VA, Gabby is considering majoring in Women and Gender Studies and prides herself in her drumming skills (girl's got rhythm). Gabby also loves to spend quality time in shark heads with her sister (peep the profile pic).

Fun Fact: During quarantine, Gabby describes herself as "becoming a mild adrenaline junkie". Need a roller coaster buddy or someone to zipline through the trees with? Gotta give it to Gabby!

Now from an actual far away land, we have Will from Boerne, Texas! He's planning on majoring in Bio on a pre-vet track, but don't think homework is all this first year does. Between Quidditch, club running, and all the other clubs we've lost track of, Will does it all, with a smile on his face and the best energy ever.

Fun Fact: Will rocks the electric guitar and plays piano too! One man band, am I right?

This fourth year biology major has graced CHoosE's presence this year with her angelic voice. We've added to our NOVA clan, representing Gainesville, VA! When Nataly isn't singing to God, she's thinking about how cute her pets' names are (a cat named Nemo and a dog named Ricky, isn't that adorable??)

Fun fact: Nataly loves hiking and adventure, especially when it includes beautiful nature scenes.

Where to start about John? How about his audition song was in German AND French? Or the fact that he was born in Dallas? Maybe his musical prowess is what should be admired most. Or the fact that he's a  third year/forth year because he's graduating early as an electrical engineering major (I know, shockingly impressive!).

Fun Fact: John always carries a multimeter and small collection of umbrellas wherever he goes. 

This first year intended Commerce major is... drumroll please... Caroline from Virginia Beach! Not only is she quite possibly the coolest person we've ever seen wear a bucket hat, she lights up every room (or sporting event) she walks into with her lovely smile and her love for others.

Fun Fact: Caroline has the most aesthetic hand writing ever. Seriously. It should be a font.

From Herndon, VA (yes, another NOVA kid, they just multiply don't they?), Lacey is a second year. She hasn't decided on a major but is leaning towards Psychology and Marketing. If you're looking for someone to brighten your day, Lacey is the gal who always knows what to say :)

Fun fact: Lacey has a funky sock collection! Her favorite pair has raccoons wearing sunglasses, eating cotton candy on them.

Peter is a fourth year student. He's a busy guy, double majoring in Computer Science and Math! Aside from that, he always warms Choosie's hearts with his delicious lattes. His impeccable beatboxing skills have landed him the nickname

"Peter Perc-er."

 

Fun Fact: Peter has a pet snake named Cornelia!

From the far away land of Woodbridge, VA (Nova), we have first year Dania! Her sweet and caring deposition not only brightens every CHoosies day, but as a future nurse, it's sure to brighten all her patients too.  Between that and her laugh, her joy is infectious!

Fun Fact: Dania's in a praise dance group called Danza Sion! Between the tamborines and dancing, they get their sweat and praise on!

Vance is a fourth year biology major from Virginia Beach. He is the group's resident Jesus look-alike and faithful flip flop wearer! Outside of the incredible fun of being a Choosie, Vance runs early in the morning, climbs rocks, and now cooks!

Fun fact: Vance's food addiction is red pepper hummus.

Sallie is a first year from Williamsburg VA, and embraces everyone around her with fun loving energy and a beautiful soprano voice that you just can't help but smile at. But she doesn't save it just for college kids; this biochem pre-med major is the best sunday school teacher we know, and has won over every age group!
